Engineer

Factory, Samut Songkhram

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Analyze and improve production workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and R&D
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and operational data
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant industry regulations
  • Support the implementation of new technologies or equipment in the production line

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
  • 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food/feed production environment (new graduates are welcome)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with production management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in manufacturing
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
