Engineer
Location
Factory, Samut Songkhram
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Analyze and improve production workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and R&D
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and operational data
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other relevant industry regulations
- Support the implementation of new technologies or equipment in the production line
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food/feed production environment (new graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with production management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in manufacturing
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
